Many people will ask, "JPaul, what's happening with the real estate market?"
Recently, my most succinct, one-word answer is SCHIZOPHRENIC!

Often it seems that when the market makes up it's mind to be a Seller's Market, it takes a turn towards Buyer's Market. And then it changes again.

The reality is that the real estate market is highly micro-targeted. County-wide market reports provide a general overview of activity. But property values can widely vary from one zip code, price range, neighborhood and home.

My point is that every home & property has it's own marketplace synergy that truly engaged, top-producing Realtors can navigate with accurate insight.

Nonetheless, here are January 2026 Market Snapshots for Martin & St. Lucie counties.
