This morning I completed the 9/11 “343” Tribute Workout in memory of the 343 firefighters who lost their lives 25 years ago today.

Thank you to all the brave first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice while trying to save the lives of others. Their courage and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As I finished the workout and walked out to my truck, Sturgeon Bay’s finest happened to be pulling in. It felt like a fitting way to end the morning.
