Cleared & Closed!

Tomorrow, I have the privilege of sitting at the closing table with clients who have been on one of the most memorable journeys I’ve ever experienced.

We went under contract in June 2025 to build their semi-custom home. We were excited, full of anticipation, and ready to watch their vision come to life.

But this journey wasn’t easy.
We faced drainage issues, easements, municipality delays, and obstacle after obstacle that none of us could control. What should have been a straightforward build became a season of waiting, trusting, and believing.

At one point, they were offered another home that could have been completed much sooner. It would have been easier. It would have gotten them to the closing table faster.
But it wasn’t their homesite.
It wasn’t the home they had carefully envisioned for this next chapter of their lives.
So they made the courageous decision to wait.
And while they were waiting on their home...
Their family continued to grow.

They welcomed their second beautiful baby into the world, all while patiently trusting that one day they’d bring their children home to the house they’d prayed for.
Watching them navigate pregnancy, welcome a new baby, raise their family, and still choose faith through every unexpected delay has been incredibly inspiring.

This experience reminded me that sometimes the greatest blessings require the greatest patience. Not because God is withholding something from us, but because He’s working in ways we can’t always see.
Tomorrow isn’t just another closing.

It’s the celebration of perseverance.

It’s the reward for choosing not to settle.

It’s the beginning of a new chapter in a home that was worth every delay, every conversation, every prayer, and every ounce of patience.

What I loved most about this client, she got approved and said “Candace I don’t like this approval amount, I want more”. She could of got more by getting a co-signer, but she wanted to do it by herself, and guess what!? She did! 💓🥹

This is the season where all my clients even from last year are circling the block. They are getting Promotions, higher incomes, new opportunities, and higher credit scores! Fear is not crippling them in this season and they are leaping into homeownership boldly!
