Meet Buddy, one of the furry faces that rent with Legacy Pines!

Buddy was rescued in July 2021. His name at the time was Luke, but he never seemed to respond to it. After trying out a few different names, "Buddy" was the one that made him perk up and look right at his family. So, Buddy it was!

He’s a Black Lab/Great Pyrenees mix who loves walks, food, car rides, golf cart rides, and spending time with his people.

One of his favorite places is Pawleys Island, where he gets to hang out on the deck each morning while the family has coffee and watches the sunrise over the ocean.

We’d say life is pretty good for Mr. Buddy!

Before things get hectic, take a few minutes to knock out these simple home maintenance tasks. Replacing your HVAC filter, checking for leaks, testing your smoke detectors, and cleaning out your dryer vent can help prevent bigger (and more expensive) problems down the road.

A little maintenance now can save a lot of hassle later.
