🌿 Hey friends, it’s me, Sandy.
If you know me, you know my world pretty much revolves around faith, family, and home. Those three things keep me grounded and guide everything I do. 🏡
I’m the President & Operating Partner of Southern Shores Property Management Group (PMG) and the Broker for Sea Turtle Properties here in the Lowcountry. Between the two, I help people buy, sell, and manage homes — but honestly, what I love most is just helping people.
Whether it’s a first-time buyer trying to figure it all out, an owner who needs a property manager they can trust, or a family moving into their next chapter, I try to make things simple, honest, and a little more personal.
Outside of work, life is busy in the best way. My husband Rick works at Boeing, and together we’re raising our grandkids — never a dull moment, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Our pets — Maebelline the Boxer, Graysea the Blue Heeler, and Lily the cat — keep things lively around here too.
When I have downtime, I love working on DIY projects, spending time in The Little Wild Back (our backyard garden), or learning new skills — lately it’s been canning. I’m definitely still learning, but it’s been fun to slow down and try something new.
I’m also part of Seacoast Church in Summerville, and my faith in Jesus is at the center of everything. I’ve learned over the years that no matter what season you’re in, He can bring beauty out of it.
