Special closing day with this sweet family who became first time homebuyers 🎉

I connected with this family through a local moms group and from the very first meeting, I felt so aligned and connected with Vanessa. She had a dream and she was clear and committed on making it happen. The path to homeownership in this market isn’t easy.

Home prices have increased significantly in the past few years and inventory has been limited. It took about 18 months for everything to come together and all along the way, it was the commitment to the dream of owning a home and building a legacy for the future that made everything possible.

I’m so excited for this next chapter for the Bernys family! Wishing you many days of lazy weekends in the backyard, celebrating birthdays at the kitchen table and riding bikes in the culdesac. ❤️

Everyone loves to talk about the mortgage rate.

A peek into life as a Northeast Atlanta Suburbs Realtor

This month we got into a few fun things:

🎉Celebrated all the end of school year and sports season things with my girls.
💪🏼Competed in my first Level Up Games at Burn Bootcamp Suwanee and felt so proud of how strong I’ve become after consistently hitting the gym.
🏡Got my first time home buyers under contract and through all contingencies and ready for a smooth closing this week.

The spring market is in full swing here in Northeast Atlanta Suburbs and I’m excited to see what’s in store as we head into summer.
