Julia Roberts’ former Hawaiian estate has officially sold for $27.6 million, marking a significant jump in value for one of the island’s most private beachfront holdings. Roberts and her husband, cinematographer Danny Moder, owned the North Shore property for more than a decade before selling it in 2020 for roughly $20 million. The couple originally purchased the ultra private Limahuli Beach estate in 2009 for $10 million, using it as a secluded family retreat far removed from Hollywood and public life. Set on an expansive 8.29 acre parcel in Hā‘ena with more than 400 feet of direct beachfront, the property remains one of the North Shore’s most coveted and tightly held oceanfront estates, prized for its scale, privacy, and untouched natural surroundings.
