🏡 JUST CLOSED! 🎉

The first two homes we wrote offers on were won by all-cash buyers who waived inspections. It would’ve been easy to get discouraged, but my buyers stayed patient and trusted the process.

Now, we’re celebrating the one that was meant to be. 🎉

Third time was the charm, and they just closed on a beautiful home!

Congratulations to my buyers on finding a place they can truly call home. Thank you for trusting me through every offer, showing, and conversation along the way. Here’s to new memories, new adventures, and a new chapter in North Tacoma! 🥂🔑

Where my gardeners at?! 👨‍🌾 🌱

Eight years ago, this was mostly weeds, open space, and a lot of imagination.

There wasn’t a master plan. Just one project at a time whenever life, work, and parenting allowed. A fence here. A walkway there. Trees that needed years to grow. A treehouse built with my kids. Countless weekends spent digging, planting, building, and lots of weeding.

This yard is a reminder to me that meaningful transformations rarely happen overnight. They happen through patience, persistence, and a little bit of vision.

One of the most meaningful parts of being a photographer has nothing really to do with cameras, it’s the people.

I volunteer with Soulumination, a nonprofit that provides photography sessions and legacy gifts to families facing life-threatening illnesses.

The family I photographed had a baby born at just 22 weeks, weighing less than half a pound. At that size, every day is a victory. Every ounce is a milestone.

Just 80 days later, their little one has grown to more than eight times their birth weight and is expected to go home in the next month or two.

As a parent, it’s hard to even imagine that journey—the fear, the uncertainty, the countless hours spent in the NICU. But what stands out most isn’t the struggle. It’s the love. The strength. The hope. ❤️💪✨

Sessions like this remind me that photographs aren’t really about perfect pictures. They’re about preserving moments that matter and telling stories that deserve to be remembered.

I’m grateful to Soulumination for the opportunity to serve families during some of the hardest and most meaningful chapters of their lives.

Spent part of today volunteering at Caring for Kids in Lakewood, and it was one of those experiences that reminds you how much good is happening behind the scenes in our community. ❤️

Caring for Kids provides clothing, shoes, school supplies, hygiene items, and other essentials to children in foster care and families going through difficult times. What might seem like a simple donation can make a huge difference for a child who suddenly finds themselves in a new situation.

Today was a chance to lend a hand, but it was also a reminder that there are amazing people showing up every day to make sure kids feel supported, valued, and cared for.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside some great people and learn more about an organization doing such meaningful work right here in our community.
