Most buyers never get to see this stage of the building process. šŸ‘€

Today I toured a Casa Fresca home in Pasadena Ridge before the drywall goes up.

This is the stage where buyers can see the framing, plumbing, electrical, and layout before everything gets covered up.

Itā€™s also why I encourage my buyers to schedule a pre-drywall inspection. Once the walls go up, youā€™ll never have this view again.

My VA buyer has 5 homes on the schedule today and this matcha showed up right on time. šŸ“šŸµšŸ˜‚

Iced matcha + non-dairy vanilla cream + strawberry cold foam = instant attitude adjustment.

One of the biggest frustrations I hear from buyers is:

After buying 3 homes myself and helping buyers navigate new construction, I still see this mistake all the time.

Buyers visit the builder first and call their Realtor later.

Sometimes thatā€™s too late.

Before you tour a model home, make sure your Realtor is with you from the start. šŸ‘€
