Originally from the Midwest, Traci moved to Florida to attend the University of South Florida and fell in love with Tampa. In 1986, Traci joined the real estate
arm of Beneficial Corporation, working hand-in-hand with the development team of Harbour Island, a beautiful master-planned gated community in the heart of the city. Beneficial enabled Traci to groom her sales and marketing skills and gain experience in all phases of development while garnering strong intellectual capacity on the legal, financial, construction and environmental aspects of real estate.
In 2000, with a successful Harbour Island buildout under her belt, Traci expanded to general real estate sales, helping both buyers and sellers throughout Tampa, with special expertise in luxury homes throughout the greater bay area.
