Bay to Gulf Holdings, LLC is looking for bright, motivated, business minded individuals to join our sales team. Recent graduates with their four-year degree from an accredited college or university and/or recently licensed real estate agents welcome! This position is an entry-level sales position in the investment real estate wholesaling business and will be solely commission-based. The earning potential is unlimited, with our top selling agents making in excess of $100-$200K or more per year. Income is driven by the amount of effort and time an individual puts in, you will be responsible for driving your own success! We will train the right candidate and provide marketing materials. Applicants DO NOT have to invest any of their own funds, just your time and hard work!
The sales agent will market and sell a large inventory of retail and investment homes across Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties to homeowners and investors.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and must have an entrepreneurial spirit that drives them to hit goals and make sales.
Required Skills:This position requires excellent organization and communication skills.
Experience:Experience in sales, especially that of real estate is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and willing to learn. A Florida real estate license is prefered, however, Bay to Gulf Holdings LLC is willing to assist the right candidate with obtaining their real estate license after hire. Real estate license is NOT required to start.
Education:Bachelors degree from an accredited school or work equivalent.
