The HOA email that went out was a reminder of the City of Tampa water restrictions.

https://www.tampa.gov/water/conservation/watering-days-and-hours

It’s not a Tampa Palms or a Faircrest directive. It was purely informational — the HOA is not planning to monitor water usage of the residents.

(This is from a conversation with the office. People were apparently assuming that the HOA was planning to enforce this as a new rule, which isn’t the case.)

The Southwest Florida Water Management District has passed a Modified Phase III "Extreme" Water Shortage Order. In addition to the City of Tampa’s current mandatory once-a-week watering restrictions (which are enforced year-round), the following modifications take effect on April 3, 2026:

We just saw a bobcat run by - 15 feet from where we were sitting on the back patio!

All residents,

The Board has been made aware of a number of vehicles that are parked on Faircrest property are missing the permit stickers that are provided during the orientation.

If you purchase a new vehicle, it is necessary for you to obtain a new permit sticker and it should be affixed to the rear windshield on the driver’s side. The permit sticker is the only way we can determine if the vehicle belongs on the property. Please take your registration to the office and Beverley (property manager) will issue you a sticker.

If you have a guest that will be staying with you in excess of two weeks, please contact the office for a temporary parking pass. All residents must have the permit sticker on their vehicle or before July 31st, otherwise, those vehicles will be deemed to be abandoned and/or stored and subject to towing. We hope this will not be necessary and appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you.

Email from management:

Pressure Washing

The power washing of the sidewalks will commence Monday April 21st, 2025. Please make sure to remove all plants, mats and personal items. All vehicles are to be parked away from the sidewalk so they can clean the edge/face of the sidewalk (appropriately 3 feet). Please do not block another vehicle from getting out.

They will start with building 18 and moving around the perimeter of the community moving clockwise.

They will then move to the inside of the community beginning with building 17.

Thank you.

Email from management:

Beginning Monday April 14th, the association’s roofs and gutters will be cleared of all debris (leaves, pollen, twigs etc.). This will also include the downspouts. The company will start with building 1 and work through numerically.

If you wish for your lanai/porch roof and gutter to be cleaned, you may call Tim at 813-531-0285 or email [email protected] to ask to clean your lanai roof, downspout and gutter. Please state your name, phone number and unit number. The company will charge in accordance with the severity of the debris (approx. $20.00 for small lanai and $40.00 for villa lanai). This cost will be between the homeowner and Tim’s Tree Service.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank You
