50 years of homebuilding adds up to a lot more than homes.

Since David Weekley Homessal began in Houston in 1976, each decade has added another chapter to our story.

Along the way, we've celebrated the closing of our 100,000th home, earned more than 1,500 awards recognizing our design, service and workplace culture, and reached a point where more than 90% of our Homeowners say they would recommend us.

Together, We Reached Our Goal!

Thanks to the generosity of our team members, trade partners, friends of David Weekley Homes and homebuyers, we reached our goal of 50 stuffed backpacks for 50 students benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.

A special thank you to our team members who volunteered their time to stuff backpacks with school supplies and help prepare local students for the new school year.

Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered and supported this effort. Together, we're helping students head back to school with the supplies they need for a successful year.
