HELP SAVE TEHACHAPI TERROR! 🤡

Let me just preface this by once again clarifying that
🚨WE HAVE TRIED KMART🚨
Seriously. I’ve spent the better part of that last two months desperately trying to pin down those brokers, but sadly they’ve completely stopped
replying to us without even giving us an answer. 😞

I’ll be honest here. I’m having a lot of flashbacks to our location search in 2023, except now we have even more challenges.
We feel like we’re being backed into a corner here, and are just about out of ideas.

I’ve called/emailed every viable option (including Rite Aid) that I’ve been able to find online, so now we’re praying that someone, somewhere here in Tehachapi, has a vacant warehouse that simply isn’t listed online, that might be willing to work with us.
We need a bare minimum of 5500sqft, as well as electricity, protection from the elements, and ideally a fire sprinkler system.
This, of course, rules out any outdoor or otherwise rural options, unfortunately.

We’ve never given up before, and I don’t plan to now.
But Tehachapi, if we’ve ever needed our community’s support, it’s now. We’re doing our absolute best to network like crazy, because we’re convinced that SOMEONE knows SOMEONE.
