Joel and Christie Daniel are a fierce duo with Real Estate and Appraisal knowledge spanning over a decade of professional experience and knowledge in the field. Christie has owned and operated her own appraisal business, “The Appraisal Store”, as a licensed appraiser for 15 years. Joel, previously a credentialed fourth grade teacher, has found great success as a realtor in the 6 years that he has

been licensed. The two have found that the assets they individually bring to the table have paired up perfectly to help streamline their clients experience whether on the buyer or seller side of the equation. Their passion for the field and efforts to work hard in the best interest of their clients is evident upon first introduction. They were introduced years ago by mutual friends on a boating trip. Both adventurous spirits, they hit it off straight away. They have been married now for seven years and currently enjoy living in Orangecrest with Christie’s youngest daughter, while her eldest is not to far away in Huntington Beach. They continue to love to travel, even if it is just sneaking in quick weekend getaways to the numerous beautiful southern California locations. They also enjoy taking advantage of the wonderful vineyards in Temecula and have been known to be sighted at an afternoon wine tasting with friends and family. A lifetime athlete and former college hockey scholarship recipient, Joel has managed to bring Christie into the sports fan area and she now proudly sports her very own Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers jersey. Trading in the hockey puck for golf clubs, Joel enjoys taking advantage of the plentiful golf courses in Riverside and Orange county. Of Joel’s many interests and talents, it is also interesting to note that Joel is a nationally certified EMT.
