Back in the beginning of May, my buyers submitted an offer on this home and lost out to another buyer. I told them not to get discouraged and to stay patient because in this market, deals fall apart more often than people think.

Sure enough… the listing agent called back and asked if my buyers were still interested.

Fast forward to today and we’re officially under contract 🏡

A good reminder that the first “no” isn’t always the end of the story. Persistence, patience, and staying ready matters.

This one definitely tested everyone’s patience. After multiple delays, unexpected curveballs, and a few moments where it felt like escrow might never end… we still got it across the finish line.

Huge congratulations to my clients for staying patient and trusting the process all the way through. Deals like this are a reminder that not every transaction is smooth, but persistence, communication, and problem solving matter.

Offer Accepted in Wi******er 🏡

Builder rep told us there was no way to get the solar included at the lower price point… but after some negotiating, we got it done.

My buyers were able to lock in the lower purchase price AND get the solar included. Huge win considering the system was supposed to be an additional $21k.

A lot of people think there’s no room to negotiate with builders right now, but that’s not always true if you know where to push and how to structure the deal.

Excited for my clients on this one. On to inspections and escrow 👏
