After earning her BA in Marketing from Oregon State University, Julie Williams held marketing director positions gaining real time marketing experience until 1994 when she chose to actively pursue real estate sales. Recognizing her dual talents, in 2008 Lee Davies chose Julie to head the Marketing Department creating the Lee Davies Real Estate visual look, for the company and to market the sale of properties. With a tremendously successful marketing plan in place Julie took the opportunity to once again focus her energies on real estate sales. From selecting the right floor plan, to revitalizing its attributes, and enhancing the décor , all intent on creating the “Welcome Home “ feeling. As a licensed Principal Broker Julie has the credentials, the knowledge and the aesthetic talents to guide her clients to solid real estate decisions. Julie is a native Oregonian and lives with her husband Jeff and two sons, Bryce and Derek on Bull Mountain in Tigard. She is an artist at heart and enjoys painting murals and scrapbooking as well as movies and snow skiing with her family.
