Some nights aren’t restful. When we get a bad nights sleep we can incur a “Sleep Debt” meaning your body is in a deficit of proper recovery. If we get a bad nights sleep, modifying bedtime, work out schedules and how we unwind are key ways to paying that sleep debt back.

So that you can make it through your day without too much yawning.
