Finally CLOSED! 🎉🔑

Congratulations to my amazing seller for finally making it to the closing table! Your patience through this process was incredible. ❤️

This one was a lender nightmare. We were scheduled to close August 14th, only to find out two days before closing that the buyer’s loan was switching from FHA to conventional, after my sellers and broker had already made repairs based on the FHA appraisal. And that was just the beginning! 🤦‍♀️

Huge shoutout to my broker for helping navigate the chaos, and to the buyer’s agent, who started as a business relationship and ended up becoming a friend through all of this!

A good lender truly matters. The right one can make closing smooth; the wrong one can make you question everything! 😂

Every closing has a story... and this one is one I'll never forget.

What started with an offer in just 6 days turned into a closing that took more than 70 days. Along the way, unexpected life events changed everything, multiple extensions were needed, and there were plenty of moments when it felt like we might never make it to the closing table.

There was a lot happening behind the scenes—countless phone calls, daily follow-ups, and a whole lot of persistence to keep this transaction moving forward.
