WELCOME OUR NEW PROPERTY MANAGER

We are pleased to announce that Christopher A. Rowell has joined Nelson & Associates, Inc. as the new Property Manager for Collingwood Green I, II & III, effective September 2, 2026.
Christopher brings more than 20 years of property management experience, including extensive experience managing multifamily communities, supervising property teams, overseeing maintenance and operations, and building positive relationships with residents.
Christopher is committed to providing responsive and professional service while fostering a welcoming, respectful, and positive community for our residents. He looks forward to getting to know our residents and working together to make Collingwood Green a community we can all be proud of.
