Position Overview-
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Agent / Administrative Assistant to join our property management team on a part-time temporary basis. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents while assisting with leasing activities, administrative duties, resident communication, and daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities in a property management environment.
Qualifications-
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and computer-based systems.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while supporting a team.
• Previous leasing or property management software experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with residents and prospective tenants.
