Veolia Water crews are scheduled to begin hydrant flushing operations in your neighborhood starting today, Monday, June 22nd to roughly Wednesday, July 8th. This work is weather permitting and gauged on customer use patterns. Hours the crews will work are between approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The projects our crews are working on helps ensure reliable water service, quality and proper flows necessary for firefighting. Customers may experience lower pressure or slight discoloration during the work which are harmless minerals that have accumulated in the mains. If customers notice slight discoloration, they are asked to run a cold water tap for a few minutes until it runs clear. Thank you.

SCHOOL IS ALMOST OUT! PLEASE READ!
We are so happy to see the kids coming home and playing! And school is almost done for the year! PLEASE remind your children to clean up their snacks and drinks as they play around the property. They tend to leave piles of stuff as they play.

Also, have them be mindful on their bikes and scooters. They have to slow down and watch for cars, and pedestrians. There are no motorized bikes allowed on the property.

Good morning! Please be reminded that with intense heat, your air conditioners are going to lag. Big time! Please keep your shades and blinds drawn. Run fans. No matter what we do, the humidity cuts through.
