Carol began her real estate career in 1985 managing residential, commercial and medical offices. She became a South Bay resident and obtained her California Real Estate license from Anthony Real Estate School in 1992. She achieved her CPM® (Certification in Property Management) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1993. Carol’s 20(+) years of successful real estate sales, acquisitions and property management demonstrates her vast expertise and integrity to owners, investors and employees. Carol proudly served as President of the Institute of Real Estate Management, Los Angeles Chapter #6 in 2005. Because of her commitment to real estate and education, Carol became a faculty member for IREM and taught Ethics, Finance, Human Resources and Marketing to real estate professionals. Over the last 15 years, Carol and has had investments in both local and out of state income properties. As a successful business owner and investor, Carol strategically supports her clients and markets their property(s) while she establishes unique relationships with each client.
