That space has been quiet for a while, but it looks like we may finally see something new there - and I’m definitely going to be watching this one.

And this one feels especially good.

Of the last 10 townhomes sold in the neighborhood in August, only two sold above asking - and this was one of them.

In fact, it achieved the strongest over-asking result of the month, at 4.19% above list. The average time on market was 35 days, so getting multiple offers in just 5 days was another great result.

But the numbers are only part of the story.
