Wow....where has this year gone. We are entering the last quarter of 2026! Hope you all are having a great year.
Real estate has had its ups and downs throughout the year for most. If you are sitting on the fence of buying and or selling, you have a couple months to make something happen. Some things change, but selling a house after October 15th is one of those things that doesn't. With the holidays fast approaching sellers are more reluctant to have potential buyers walk through their home. Typical home sellers during this period are in a desperate state of mind and buyers are seeking a steal! Bottom line, contact me to make something happen sooner rather than later if you want to do something within 2026. Things will normalize after February 15th if things repeat the behaviors of past decades!

Good afternoon everyone,

More than half way through the year....I say it every year....this year is flying by!

As all are aware, mortgage rates are pretty stubborn this year. I still think we will be closer to below 6% by year's end. Please remember property prices are not going down, only up. Granted at a slower appreciation rate than in past years. Feel free to contact me for more details and why it may be a great time to buy!

Hard to believe kids are headed back to school this month of August. I remember when I was in school, the back to school month was September.

April was suppose to provide showers so that we would have flowers in May. Didn't have many showers but still hoping to see beautiful flowers soon.
May will bring with it the start of the graduation season. Before we know it, summer will be here.

With March ending and April beginning, we get to focus on some Spring holidays. For those that celebrate, Happy Passover and Happy Easter. Time is flying by this year!
Debbie and I wish a safe return for those that are fighting the good fight on our behalf all around the world these days. G-d willing the fighting in Iran(and it's proxies) will be over soon. The people of Iran have suffered long enough. Peace will hopefully return to the embattled areas of the Middle East with Iran and proxies in a better place.
