Stephanie here: Okay, now for story time, as promised!

Shawn and Meghan called me about a year and a half ago and said they weren’t really looking seriously, but they wanted their next house to have some land.

So, we looked at some houses and nothing was a good fit.

Until…this incredible 100 year old farmhouse on 8 ACRES came on the market. They called me to tell me about it, we were there within 2 hours, and had an offer in that evening. We miraculously came out on top of a 7 way bidding war- WITH a house sale contingency! 😳

The JOURNEY that we have been on the past 60 days until closing today has been a wild one. The faith and kindness that Shawn and Meghan showed during this process was truly inspirational and made me so proud to be their friend. 🥰

And I am SO HAPPY for them because this house is truly their dream!! I literally teared up when the agent called me to tell me we had gotten it because I knew how much it would mean to them!
