Some closings are about so much more than handing over the keys.

After 70 years of marriage, these two said goodbye to the home they literally built with their own hands. The home where they raised their children, built a life together, and collected decades of memories.

Christina Ballard-Dunklow had the privilege of walking alongside them through the sale of a home that was anything but easy to leave behind.

For more than a year, Christina helped them navigate the hurdles, solve problems as they came up, answer countless questions, and keep everything moving forward. But somewhere along the way, the relationship became about much more than real estate.
