Sixteen days from listing to close. 🥂

Not every transaction goes this smoothly, but I always do my best to handle as much behind the scenes as possible, to protect my sellers and buyers from the insanity that sometimes begins as we get closer to the closing table! 😆 In this case I was fortunate enough to aid in both sides of the transaction, and had some great people to work with.

Real estate is not for the faint of heart, so I am grateful for the transactions that close a little easier, and for the opportunity to be an advocate for my sellers and my buyers when they don’t. ☺️

I’d much rather see them on roofs, public carports, etc than on solar “farms”. We need to keep more open land…I feel strongly about this even though I am a real estate agent.
