We still have one repo left and I can’t figure out why because it’s in the best shape out of all of them that I had! Update: the aluminum sided garage building and the grey and white wood building have sold

We have 4 repos available at Rogers Company Buildings here in Troy! 2, wood sided Premier buildings and 2 aluminum sided Thrifty Buildings. Both Thrifty buildings are 12x24’s. One is a garage with 8 foot wall height and a roll door. Both wood buildings are 10x20 side lofted barns. All 4 have great prices marked down at least 30 percent of what they go for new. To our valued customers. Our carport and garage supplier, Eagle Carports sent us an email today concerning a price increase effective June 1st, 2026. According to the email, the different steel products they use in manufacturing the buildings have gone up anywhere from 22 to 35 percent from this time last year. Unfortunately that means a pass down in cost to us, the dealer, and ultimately you, the customer. We are able to honor any existing price quote until the end of the month and any order sent in before the end of the month. June 1st the new pricing goes into effect and I expect it to be a substantial price increase. So if you are in the market for a steel framed carport, garage, horse barn, or anything else, now is the time. I apologize but unfortunately this is just the world we live in. People, do not be scammed by these posts in the local marketplace. These are people hundreds of miles away placing ads trying to sale buildings in our area. They turn off the comments for a reason. You may eventually get a building but it will not be what was promised and you will get zero follow up service or customer service. The photos are clearly AI generated and it is all a scam. Do not be fooled.

We have 2 Premier wood sided repos on the lot!

First is a 12x40 Side Utility for $9551.50 plus tax. On rent to own a security deposit of $250 gets it delivered and setup within 50 miles. Payments as low as $359.31 per month plus tax. It already has factory wiring and some insulation.

Next is a 10x20 Side Lofted Barn for only $5321.25 plus tax. On rent to own a security deposit of $150 gets it delivered and setup within 50 miles. Payments as lows as $202.64 per month plus tax.

NO CREDIT CHECK on rent to own. All you need is a valid state issued photo ID from any state and some other form of ID. Examples include a social security card, pistol permit, medicare card, insurance card, basically anything with your name on it. If the address on your ID does not match the address we are delivering the building to, you will need to provide something proving you either own or rent the property we are delivering to.

We did something a little unusual yesterday but still made it happen. Had a customer in Tallassee that needed a building. She knew us through family and wanted to buy from us which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately Tallassee is a little bit further than we normally deliver but luckily our plant that manufactures our Thrifty buildings happens to be located in Tallassee. So what do we do? We order a building to be built at the plant and go pick it up and deliver it straight from the plant, 3 miles away to the customer. Obviously there was a small delivery fee to pay for our extra fuel costs associated with the extra travel but she was super happy getting her new Thrifty building where her old building use to sit. I also got to meet the neighborhood dog, Sonny. All in all l, a good delivery. Thanks to all of our customers, even those all the way in Tallassee for their business!

We have two on lot new inventory buildings we are marking down to make room for more inventory. They have been here a little while and need to go so we have marked them down 30 percent. The beige one is a 10x12 for only $3041.50 plus tax. Monthly payments of $118.20 plus tax. The red one is a 10x16 for $3671.50 plus tax and monthly payments of $141.54 plus tax. On rent to own $150 down gets either one delivered within 50 miles of our lot. In the words of Cousin Eddie “ain’t she a beaute Clark?”….this REPO 10x24 lofted cabin may not be brand new. Matter of fact, it looks like my daily life. It is here and it is surviving. It is missing a porch railing where the previous owners for whatever reason decided they just didnt need that. It doesn’t have a door handle because who needs one of those either. Did I mention half of the loft is gone? It is also missing a little trim work so let’s just say it is rough around the edges. Let’s see….what does it have going for it? No leaks as far as I can tell so it’s got that going for it which is nice. The building seems intact. For a limited time this beauty can be yours for $4000.00 plus tax. Brand new it goes for $9795.00 plus tax so it is actually a deal. This is a buy out right only deal though. No rent to own is available. The rental company has a repair order in on the building and once they get it fixed rent to own will be available but the price will also go up drastically. So here it is folks. Take it or leave it.
