You get a neighborhood park, an HOA that actually puts on family events, a wide range of home styles and sizes, and a location close to Downtown Rochester, The Village, dining, shopping, and more. Plus, you can bike into Downtown Rochester from the neighborhood, which makes summer evenings even better.

📍Downtown Rochester is ideal for buyers who love being close to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and year-round community events while still enjoying the charm of quiet residential streets nearby.
