Residential Construction Project Manager

📍 Troy, Ohio

Legacy Design Homes is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team!

If you're organized, proactive, and passionate about building high-quality homes while delivering an exceptional client experience, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do:

- Manage residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final warranty completion

- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to keep every project on track

- Coordinate and communicate daily with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners

- Order materials, schedule deliveries, and ensure everything arrives on time for each phase of construction

- Monitor job costs, review budgets, approve invoices, and provide regular cost reporting

- Conduct quality control inspections throughout construction to ensure Legacy's standards are met

- Manage change orders, documentation, permits, inspections, and project records

- Provide outstanding communication and customer service by keeping homeowners informed every step of the building process

- Coordinate final walkthroughs, punch list completion, and warranty service after closing

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing residential construction projects
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple homes simultaneously
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of residential building practices, materials, and construction sequencing
• Experience reading blueprints and construction documents
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits:
• Compensation will be based upon qualifications and experience
• Legacy will provide a 401k plan with 3.5% match, Health Insurance Options, Dental and Vision Insurance Options, Paid Time Off, and company company vehicle.
