✨ TODAY I GOT TO STEP BACK INTO MY TEACHER ERA! ✨

Every Tuesday at 10 AM, there is incredible training happening at The Broadway Hub, and today I had the privilege of being the one at the front of the room! ✨

Today’s class was all about Branding + Compliance, two things that may not always sound exciting together 😂, but are SO incredibly important when building a real estate business that stands out AND protects you.

But today meant a little more to me. 💕

Before real estate, I was a teacher for 15 years. Teaching is such a huge part of who I am, and there is something so beautiful about getting to step back into that role, this time empowering and educating fellow real estate professionals.

And THAT fills my cup. ✨

Thank you to everyone who showed up, asked questions, participated, and allowed me to share what I’ve learned. And a HUGE thank you to The Broadway Hub + Real Broker for creating a space where collaboration, education, and growth are truly encouraged. 💙💛

I’m already looking forward to teaching more classes in the future!

🏡 Monday Mornings with Moe & Me 🇺🇸☀️

It’s Labor Day, so this week I asked Moe:

“What’s your favorite Labor Day memory?”

For Moe, Labor Day always feels like that in-between moment, still hanging onto the heat of summer, but just starting to think about fall.

And her favorite way to spend it?

🏕️ Camping.

Whether it’s Patagonia Lake or heading up to northern Arizona, she loves getting out of the heat, cooking outside, sleeping under the stars, and enjoying a couple of days away with family.

And of course. Our conversation quickly turned into us planning a future trip to those little cabins at Patagonia Lake. 😂🚤

Because apparently, now we need a cabin AND a boat.

Yesterday was such a beautiful day celebrating Kortney & Maicol at Corbett’s as they get ready to welcome their sweet baby girl! 👶🏻💗

You could truly feel the love, joy, and excitement in the room with the anticipation of her arrival.

Eliana Mae, you are already SO incredibly loved, and you have the most wonderful family anxiously awaiting the day we finally get to meet you. 💕✨

And what an extra special celebration as we get ready to welcome the FIRST great-grandbaby on the Nuño side! 🥹💕🎉

Here’s to Kortney & Maicol, this beautiful new chapter, and the sweet little blessing who is already bringing so much joy to our family.
