Let me hook you up! Two months rent special. Half off rent. I have for rent four studios. They are in the process of being fixed up. Normally the rent is $676.00 and the deposit is also $676.00. For December your rent would come out to $338.00 plus $338.00 for deposit. Than January $338.00. Great deal! There is a $45.00 application fee. All utilities are included in the rent. Electric and gas and sewer and water. All units come with a bathroom, storage closet and a kitchen and a split ac for air and heat. There is a courtyard area with three barbecues and a picnic table to sit at. On site laundry room.
