Recently, Rick Kleiner was featured in the Arizona Daily Star for his role in a major hospital redevelopment at 4888 N. Stone Ave.

After sitting vacant for 14 years, the 95,000 square foot former Tucson Heart Hospital has been completely transformed into El Rio Healthโ€™s newest and largest health center.

Rick represented Meridian and El Rio Health to negotiate a turnkey construction solution and a flexible path to ownership. The result is a massive adaptive reuse project that will serve up to 22,000 local patients.

Celebrating 30 Years with Greg Furrier! ๐ŸŽ‰

We are proud to celebrate Greg Furrier, who marks his 30th anniversary with C&W | PICOR this year. A lifelong Tucsonan, Greg has been active in commercial real estate since 1985. Greg also gets to work alongside his daughter, Natalie Furrier, who is also a retail broker here at C&W | PICOR. If you know Greg, you know there is never a dull moment. His witty sense of humor has a way of brightening up the whole office.

Greg joined C&W | PICOR in 1996 and has helped lead our Retail division. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, Greg also has deep ties to the Tucson business community. Before his real estate career, he worked his way through virtually every position at local family-owned Western Tire Centers, Inc., from warehouse employee to store manager.
