Updated exteriors from Kansas! 🏡

It’s been a while since we’ve shown off this house and this property but the changes are amazing! Overlooking the rolling hills and woods are bonus beauty with this all coming together nicely. Patience and persistence are all part of the process in building a new home. We love seeing it pay off as more and more decisions come together.

🚨Mounds updates 🚨

Sometimes we work on the house, sometimes we work around it. After digging a couple large holes, we have septic installed, a hole ready for a propane tank, and a hole filled for condenser installation for AC.

Updates from Claremore!

The Sheetrock is done and floors are going in! The beautiful long planks are looking great with the natural light coming in from these bay windows!

A new 4-page document to help our clients with the selection process. While we try to maintain a reasonable level of flexibility, we have enough feedback to know that having selections in writing as well as showing the expectations, helps alleviate a lot of anxiety along the way.

We want our future clients to be less worried about what they may forget or what order the decisions happen. This guide should help walk through the process of building a new home and it’s a new level of service we plan to provide. We look forward to putting this into practice!

Visuals can sometimes be complicated, and other times it’s a group effort with artistry. But, eventually, we find a way! That, along with Sheetrock being delivered, it’s a good productive Monday here in Claremore, Ok.

An updated look on the inside of this beautiful Mounds property. The cabinets are in and the practical space and storage make this a sight for sore eyes! When the cabinets go in, it is a sign that the end is near! We are drawing close to the finals steps to see this house become a home.
