In a market where homes are often taking a little longer to sell, I am feeling especially grateful to celebrate this one! Just TWO short days on the market, and we were under contract! 🏡

Oh, how I wish every listing could have this same outcome! But one thing I have learned, both in real estate and in life, is that God’s timing is always perfect. The right home, the right buyers, and the right circumstances have a beautiful way of coming together in His time.

I couldn’t be happier for my seller! From the very beginning of his home selling journey to the exciting next chapter of purchasing his new home, I have watched God’s favor and faithfulness unfold in such a beautiful way. There have been so many little details that have fallen into place, and I truly believe His hand has been in every one of them.
