Sam and I took a trip to OKC to visit ‘Ol Glory Hat Company to purchase a hat for Sam. We expected to be in and out, but we ended up spending HOURS there over 2 days and not only did we BOTH walk out with a hat, but we left with such a great EXPERIENCE! We met the family that owns the company, Theresa, Chris, and 2 of their 3 sons, Cooper and Christian. John was our hat shaper and did an amazing job! They were all so welcoming; they made you feel like you were hanging out with old friends that you’ve known for years. Their customer service was ON POINT! (Even more impressive is they could handle Sam’s jokes 🤣) John suggested cutting down the brim of my hat and it made such a difference! Chris and Theresa both took time to really study our hats on us and give additional suggestions, giving us the perfect end results. We’ve got tickets to the PBR (professional bull riding) in January that these hats will be perfect for! Thank you ‘Ol Glory Hat Company for a great experience! We will be back!
