I’m Alexis Oakes — Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Select, proudly serving Tulsa and the surrounding communities.
Over the last few years, I’ve been honored to rank in the Top 10% of Realtors nationwide and the Top 3% locally, while also being named the 2025 Coldwell Banker Select All-Company Rookie of the Year! More than anything, I’m incredibly proud of the trust my clients place in me and the relationships built along the way.
I understand that buying or selling a home is deeply emotional, and I take that into consideration every step of the way. There’s almost always a reason behind a move — whether it’s exciting, bittersweet, stressful, hopeful, or a combination of all of them. My goal is to make sure my clients feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process, not just during the transaction itself.
As a certified interior decorator with a degree from Oklahoma State University in Design, Housing, and Merchandising, I help sellers prepare their homes thoughtfully and strategically — without automatically recommending expensive renovations that may not even be necessary. Sometimes it’s the simple changes, layout adjustments, styling, lighting, or presentation that make the biggest impact. My goal is always to help my clients maximize their home’s potential while being mindful of their money.
I also believe sellers deserve honest guidance when it comes to pricing, preparation, negotiations, and understanding what will actually move the needle in today’s market. Every home and situation is different, and I work closely with my clients to help them weigh their options and make decisions that make the most sense for their goals — not just what’s easiest or most common.
For buyers, I believe education is everything. I don’t want my clients walking through the process confused or feeling like they’re just being pushed from one step to the next. My goal is to help you truly understand what’s happening, what your options are, and how to make confident decisions throughout the process.
I also believe real estate works best when people work together. I approach every transaction as a team player because at the end of the day, everyone involved wants the same thing — to get both clients successfully to the closing table.
I believe people are at the heart of what I do — the homes are just the perk.
