Imagine finding a home that checks nearly every box—the location works, the layout feels right and the price fits your plans—but the kitchen looks like it traveled through time. 😄

Would you walk away, or would you see the possibilities?

Before rejecting a dated kitchen, I recommend looking beyond the cabinet color and countertops:

🔑 Does the layout function well?
🔑 Are the cabinets solid and usable?
🔑 Are the plumbing and electrical systems in good condition?
🔑 Can the updates fit comfortably into your budget?

Cosmetic finishes can often be changed. Location, lot size and the home’s basic structure usually aren’t as easy to change.
