Real estate classes are coming soon!

For those who are looking to get started in the real estate field, our next 60 hour salesperson class will start October 21, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5:30-8:30 for 10 weeks!!

This state-required course prepares the student for the Alabama real estate exam.

In person classes are held at the offices of Shoals School of Business / Exit Realty Shoals, 1402 Avalon Avenue, Tuscumbia, Alabama 35674.

Our course is available live, in person (best way!!) and also via online live video conferencing for those who might be too far from our main class or just in need of the online convenience and mobility!

Our school began back in 1971 with our founder Sandra Johnson and is being continued by her son Jay and grandson Jimmy. We’ve been helping students meet their real estate education needs for over 50 years!

Also, be aware that the state of Alabama WILL change the length of the course within the next two years from 60 hours to 120 +, so NOW might be your perfect time to get started on a new career and a fantastic adventure in real estate!!

Cullman area students can also experience our online classes at the offices of Exit Realty 3:16! They can help make the classes easy and convenient for Cullman County and beyond!
