Prior to real estate she was the principal in her marketing consulting firm specializing in helping companies re-brand or establish new brands in the local and national marketplace. She uses this business and marketing expertise to position her clients homes in the best way possible leading to higher sales prices and shorter times on the market. In 2011, Amy and her husband Gonzalo began working together as The Egana Team. Soon thereafter, they were recruited as partners to a boutique firm in Tyler, Texas. In 2019, Amy and Gonzalo opened up their own brokerage firm and bought into NextHome, the fastest growing real estate franchise in the history of the real estate space. She and her husband Gonzalo have been married since 2003 and have 3 children. How do you sell a home in a gated community with zero open houses… in UNDER 10 weeks? Here’s exactly how we did it at !

It started with a call from a fellow agent in Weatherford. Her client was ready to sell her beloved home, and she wanted a team who’d take care of her right. We were honored to say yes.

Echo Lake is gated, and traditional open houses aren’t allowed. So we got creative, meeting neighbors face to face and hosting a community open house where residents helped pick their next neighbor! Our marketing reached beyond the gates too, and brought in the perfect buyers from Dallas.

Closing Monday, both our seller and her buyers are headed off to their next adventures! We couldn’t be happier for all of them!
