vitality into the entire real estate experience. This is usually the largest investment an individual makes and she wants them to enjoy the process. She is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist - official designation for superior performance, she's achieved GUILD recognition for several sales at or above on million dollars, and is a Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Prior to real estate she was the principal in her marketing consulting firm specializing in helping companies re-brand or establish new brands in the local and national marketplace. She uses this business and marketing expertise to position her clients homes in the best way possible leading to higher sales prices and shorter times on the market. In 2011, Amy and her husband Gonzalo began working together as The Egana Team. Soon thereafter, they were recruited as partners to a boutique firm in Tyler, Texas. In 2019, Amy and Gonzalo opened up their own brokerage firm and bought into NextHome, the fastest growing real estate franchise in the history of the real estate space. She and her husband Gonzalo have been married since 2003 and have 3 children. They are involved locally at their church and love being able to support their community through volunteering and involvement in local organizations.
