This morning, Rowdy and I ran across Steadfast Plumbing (903.352.9020), replacing a water pressure regulator in our neighborhood. Water pressure over about 80 psi can blow out pipes, causing a lot of damage that is expensive to repair. These regulators usually need to be replaced after 15 or 20 years, so if you hear banging pipes or have commodes that run continuously, you might want to have your water pressure checked and a regulator installed or replaced.
