Happy Closing!! This was a definite first for us!! This was the first time we had clients decide to buy back the house they had sold several years ago. Every closing is special and unique in it's own way but this one was EXTRA special. Today John sold the house that was also his very first real estate transaction years and years ago. We are so thankful for clients and friends that continue to turn to us and trust us in this important process. It seems like it was yesterday when our sweet buyers purchased this home.
