SynergenX exists to promote and deliver access to wellness through modern healthcare that improves lives. It's a fitting addition to Towne Oaks, which has become a place people turn to for health and everyday wellness on Southwest Loop 323, alongside neighbors like Integrative Health Matters and Storybook Smiles Children's Dentistry.

For us, a strong property is about more than the space itself. It's about the people and businesses that fill it, and the role they play in the community around them.

July is Parks and Recreation Month, and it's a good moment to think about the places that bring a community together.

The parks, trails, ballfields, and gathering spots across East Texas are where neighbors become friends and where a lot of good memories get made. They're a big part of what makes this place feel like home.

We believe shaping a community is a responsibility, not just a transaction, and that means caring about the spaces between the buildings as much as the buildings themselves. Here's to the people who keep our parks running, and to every family who fills them!

There's a lot that happens behind the scenes to support successful oil and gas production. Last week, our team had the opportunity to visit an R. Lacy completion and fracking operation that is part of the Genecov Group’s energy investment portfolio.

Walking the site gave us a closer look at the expertise, teamwork, and day-to-day effort that keeps things running.

We appreciate the R. Lacy team for welcoming us on site and value the partnership we've built together!

Once a year, we gather the partners, vendors, family, and friends who make our work possible and say thank you over a good fajita lunch. It's our way of showing appreciation for the people who lock arms with us all year long. None of what we do happens alone.

That same spirit feels right at home this time of year. The Fourth is about more than fireworks. It's about the freedom to build a life somewhere you love, to put down roots, and to invest in the people and places around you.

We're grateful for the community that makes that possible, and for every partner and friend who shows up alongside us, year after year.
