Who are you when you take away the titles, accomplishments, and things you own?

For Korey, that question starts with identity in Christ.

As he navigates parenthood and watches his daughter grow, he’s been reminded that guiding her well starts with examining his own heart first. Galatians 2:20 points us back to the foundation: our identity isn’t rooted in what we do, what we have, or even the next house we live in. It’s rooted in our relationship with Christ.

A good reminder for all of us to ask: If everything else was stripped away, how would I describe who I am?

A smooth build starts long before the next trade shows up. 🔨🏡

Before the concrete is even poured, we’re already thinking several steps ahead. Having materials ready, communicating clearly, and making sure our trade partners know what’s coming next helps keep each home moving forward without unnecessary delays or guesswork.

It’s all part of what Build Intentionally means to us: creating systems that set our team, our trade partners, and ultimately our homeowners up for success.

Today marks 25 years since September 11, 2001.

We remember those who were killed that day and those we have died in the years since to related illnesses. We honor their loved ones, survivors, first responders, recovery workers, and everyone whose life was changed, directly or indirectly.

May we never forget the sacrifices made that day, and may we hold our loved ones a little closer today.

Meet the newest member of the SIDAR Builders family, Olive! 🐾🤍

Olive recently joined the Reed family, and she’s already brought plenty of extra fun to their evenings together.

Jimmy shares one of his biggest takeaways from welcoming Olive into their home: sometimes, waiting for the right season makes the blessing that much sweeter. By waiting until the timing was right, their family now has more time to slow down, be together, and enjoy playing with Olive each night.

A sweet reminder that good things are worth waiting for. 🤍
