As many of you know, I have been coaching agents again since around June of last year. This is truly been a dream (or as we say GOAL) come true!

Years ago I had a vision that I wanted to be the next Kay Blond in my home office of Keller Williams Realty Partners in Overland Park. I began teaching agents with my Open House class, which eventually led me to Coaching in the Shawnee office at Keller Williams Legacy Partners with my dear friend and mentor Jodi Carey. In my mind, at that point, I had truly started that journey to be come the "Coach" I had long before dreamt of. After covid put my program at a stand still, and a few life changes and hurdles jumped, the opportunity to COACH, mentor, and train Real Estate Agents crossed my path again. I could not help stepping into the moment and taking my shot at becoming what I have envisioned as my Real Estate path from very early on.

Now, a little over 10 months in, I have 45+ agents enrolled in the KWOP Coaching Program, I have added two additional coaches to support and help me keep the ball rolling on this path, and in the month of May, the program will have 10+ transactions closed with June already shaping up to follow (10 closed in a month was my first target for the program btw).

I cannot thank the staff, and leadership team at my office enough! They have supported, encouraged, cheered me on, and picked me up when I began to doubt the vision. Thank you to Kay and Jodi for your guidance, and mentorship along the way. Thank you for putting people like Jake Dixon in my life to keep me striving for the next milestones. I am humbled every day as agents and people in the office, whom I have long admired and looked up to, take the time to stop and thank me for what I do, and let me know that they too are excited to see what is being built here in the office.

I promise you, this is just the beginning of this journey. I am no where near fulfilling the complete vision, so just wait and see what comes next!!!

So, without further ado, meet the team! Branda and Maria have already, just seven days in to their roles have already exceeded any expectations I had, I can't wait to build this team together!!!
