Two years. Four escrows. We kept going.
24833 Matterhorn Ct in Crestline is back in escrow, and this one carries a lot of history with it.
We’ve had the privilege of walking through several chapters of life with these clients.
We helped them buy their first home.
Then we helped Mom buy a home too.
Later, we helped them rent the first home out and buy their next one.
And for nearly two years, we’ve been working alongside them to get this home sold.
During that time, the Crestline market changed dramatically, with much more competition for every buyer.
The first escrow uncovered mold, which led to remediation and repairs.
Another buyer didn’t perform as represented.
A third walked away after inspections before even asking what the sellers might be willing to address.
And every time, we regrouped.
We talked through repairs, pricing, timing, risk, strategy, and what to do next.
Dozens of conversations. A lot of problem-solving. And a tremendous amount of trust.
So we’re celebrating being back in escrow with cautious optimism.
Sometimes real estate is about helping someone buy or sell a house.
Sometimes it’s about staying beside people when the path gets complicated.
I’m grateful we’ve been able to do both for this family.
