With an $800,000 budget in Columbus, I’d be looking for established neighborhoods with beautiful mature landscaping, strong location and proximity to the River, even if the home itself isn’t waterfront.

Upper Arlington, Dublin,
Hilliard and Powell and
select pockets along the
river corridor can offer that combination of character, convenience and lifestyle that can be difficult to replicate in newer developments.

Because sometimes the best address isn’t directly on the water…it’s simply close enough to enjoy everything that comes with it.
