A little life lately + a little “get to know me” because it’s been a minute around here. 🤍

If you’re new here, hi! I’m your Des Moines area Realtor, and I’m slowly getting back into my usual routine after having a baby. 🥹

A few things you should know about me:

I’m a 5:30 AM workout kind of girl, I’ll never say no to an iced white mocha, and “let’s go out” definitely means jeans, heels, and a cute top. 💄

Give me an evening at a dimly lit restaurant, a little shopping therapy, or a Caribbean vacation and I’m a happy girl. ☀️

I can’t believe I’m even talking about the holidays right now. Seriously… where has this year gone?!

But here’s your reminder: a few months from now could look completely different.

It could look like hosting friends in your new kitchen.

Dropping off pies to your new neighbors.

Starting new family traditions.

And just enjoying a home that’s finally yours. ✨

August is basically your last call for a lot of those outdoor home projects you’ve been saying you’ll “get to eventually.” 😂

Because eventually has a way of becoming colder weather, shorter days, and a much less enjoyable Saturday.

A few things worth tackling now:

🌳 Trees + landscaping
🎨 Exterior paint touch-ups
🔨 Small exterior repairs
❄️ HVAC maintenance
🪟 Sealing cracks + gaps
🧹 All those little projects you’ve been putting off

None of these are particularly glamorous, but they’re a whole lot easier to deal with when the weather is still cooperating.
