It’s simply because the resolutions aren’t always S.M.A.R.T.
Here’s what creating a means:
➡️ Get SPECIFIC. Ask yourself what do you want?
➡️ Be MEASURABLE. How long will it take you?
➡️ Be ATTAINABLE. What do you need to get there?
➡️ Get REALISTIC. What’s actually possible?
➡️ Act TIMELY. When do you want to accomplish your resolution?
